About Lyn Learning
Transforming workplaces through training that reaches everyone in the language they understand

Two Years Learning the AI Technology
We have spent two years learning how to make AI narrated videos effectively.
A Decade of Making Micro Learning Experience
We have spent more than a decade building micro-learning programs across formats, industries, and audiences. What we know is this: people don’t retain what they sit through once in a conference room. They retain what they encounter repeatedly, briefly, and in context.
Micro-videos are an important way to reach employees in today's workplace. We’re here to make that possible for your organization, at a price point and timeline that makes it real.
Our Approach to Your Videos

Here’s what the process looks like in practice:
Step 1: Your company leader or subject matter expert records two minutes of themselves reading a script. That’s the only filming required — ever.
Step 2: We use that recording to build a photo realistic digital avatar — a “digital twin” that looks and sounds like the real person.
Step 3: We use your pdfs, PowerPoint slides or speaker notes to develop the script and supporting visuals. If you already have material that covers 60% or more of what you need, we can build the rest.
Step 4: We get your approval of the script, visuals and deck.
Step 5: We produce the video, typically 3 to 5 minutes, in the language that you need. Delivered in weeks, not months.
The same avatar can deliver content in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, French, or any of 100+ languages — without any other input from you.
Our Team
Lyn Learning is built by a dedicated team of instructional designers, curriculum developers, and learning strategists with more than a decade of experience creating micro-learning programs across formats and industries.
We are not a video production house that learned about training. We are experts in instructional design who embraced the AI tools that finally made it possible to produce great videos at the speed and scale our clients need.
That distinction matters. Every video we produce is built on a foundation of adult learning principles, behavior-based instructional design, and a clear understanding of how frontline and deskless workers actually absorb information. The AI makes us faster. The expertise makes it work.

What We Believe
Learning should meet people where they are — on their phone, in their workplace, in their language, in context with the work they’re doing.
-
Short and focused beats long and complicated, every time. The human brain isn't wired to take in huge amounts of content all at once.
-
Consistency across a workforce requires a delivery mechanism that doesn’t depend on who’s presenting that day.
-
Every worker — regardless of language, shift, location, or role — deserves the same quality of information.

Lyn is the Norwegian word for lightning.
What we do, delivering high-quality training videos in weeks, in any language, without a film crew moves at lightning speed which wasn't possible in the past. The name captures that.
The word learning comes from the Norwegian word "Lœre".
The shape at the center of the Lyn Learning logo is the Dagaz rune — one of the oldest symbols in the Norse runic alphabet. Dagaz represents breakthrough, transformation, and the dawn of a new enterprise. It is the rune of change that opens into possibility.
For a company built on the idea that learning can be transformed — faster, more accessible, more multilingual, more engaging — Dagaz felt exactly right.
The font carries a subtle echo of runic letter forms, grounding the brand in our Nordic heritage.
